To offer maximum flexibility DXF Strip Doors offers several types of mounting hardware. From the standard galvanized steel to heavy-duty aluminum to polymer. Each is indicated in certain applications. Complete doors are quoted with your choice of mounting with galvanized being the standard. Sometimes mounting material is needed as replacement or for custom work in the field. It is available.
Standard Bolt-On Mount
DFX Strip Door Bolt-On Universal hardware is a heavy-duty galvanized mounting system used when maximum strength and durability are required. This tried and true system is available in 3′ or 4′ sections. Each section comes complete with retaining plates and lock-nuts to secure the strips. This is the default mount.
Kwik Mount Standard Duty
Kwik Mount hardware is where convenience meets durability. After years of working with traditional mounting hardware that require more time and effort DFX Strip Doors offers the Kwik Mount hardware. The Standard Duty is best used for pedestrian, pushcart and pallet jack traffic. It will work on doors up to 12′ tall and strip sizes of 4″, 6″, 8″ and 12″. All material types work and the material is FDA/USDA/NSF compliant. Lifetime Warranty.
Kwik Mount Heavy Duty
The Heavy Duty is best used for forklift, pallet jack and pedestrian traffic. It will work on doors up to 15′ tall and strip sizes of 4″, 6″, 8″ and 12″. All material types work and the material aluminum. Lifetime Warranty.
